The room was very clean and the blackout curtains provided excellent sleep quality. The bathroom night light was a thoughtful touch, enhancing my comfort during my stay.

Our bathroom didn't work properly throughout our stay. We had to manually pull the chain to flush it each time, which was extremely inconvenient. Despite the staff's apologies, they offered no solution or compensation worthy of the hassle.

This place was a suitable option for a rapid stop in Greenville with reasonable value. The staff was friendly, especially Shamar, who helped with a maintenance issue while still chatting with us. Check the pool hours before heading in—could be busier than expected.

We had such a nice stay and really loved the warm breakfast and cozy rooms. The indoor pool was refreshing after a long day, and my kids enjoyed the lounge area to relax in. The only downside was the noise from the hallway sometimes, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all. 😊

Had such a great time with friends! We explored Falls Park and caught a game at Fluor Field. The location is perfect. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Plus, the beds were so comfy for crashing after our adventures.

Unfortunately, the WiFi was spotty at times, which made it challenging to plan our outings.

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenville-I-85 & Woodruff Road, An Ihg Hotel! The room was spotless and very comfortable, with beds that felt like clouds. The breakfast was also impressive, featuring a great selection of hot items and plenty of beverages. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience enjoyable.

Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive, making it a place I would choose again.

the holiday inn express provided a great stay with very clean rooms and a fantastic location. the curtains kept the room dark for a good night's sleep. i also appreciated the friendly breakfast hostess and the indoor pool for a quick dip after a day out.
